  • Code4Me cannot guarantee the legitimacy of the information, images, and files that the freelancers submit to the clients.
  • Please be responsible about suspicious bids and budgets.
  • Code4Me will guarantee the safety of the files uploaded to the website.
  • The website will assure to not be give away the personal information provided by the users. The Code4Me developers will not ask for your password.
  • Users may submit an appeal, through the website’s appeal page found in the user dashboard, for any misuse of the website, specifically the feedback feature. The customer support will handle the concerns the users. Furthermore, clients may submit an appeal for any discrepancy in relation to transactions and payment. The customer support will take actions appropriate for the situation.
  • By uploading certifications, assure the validity of the file. Code4Me is not responsible for the legitimate certificates uploaded by its users.
  • In case of an unexpected discontinuation of a project like one of the members of the group didn’t attend to the requirements, the client has the option to close the project, or continue the project with new members. The client will have to go through the same process when first finding a freelancer.
  • In the event that the freelancer won bids of two or more positions of the same project, the website will allow the freelancer to be awarded the multiple positions.
  • Code4Me is not responsible for how many projects a freelancers bid on.
  • Code4Me is not responsible for any losses or damages in relation to this agreement. These include, but not limited to:
    • Inability to use the website and its services
    • Viruses and malicious software obtained by accessing or linking to the website.
    • Glitches or any inaccuracies in the website and its services
    • Damage to the user’s hardware device
    • The use of this website by any third-parties
  • REGISTRATON
    - Upon registration, you agree to the terms and conditions listed in this page. Signing-up in the website is free.
  • POSTING A PROJECT
    - In posting a project up for bidding, you agree to the legitimacy of the said project and its information such as the description and estimated budget.
  • AWARDING THE PROJECT
    - As the client, after choosing the applicants who will be awarded with the project, you will be able to communicate through a messageboard. There, you can provide further details of the project and agree with a contract. The messageboard will be open to the project team members until the project is ended by the client. How the client and freelancer(s) communicate outside the messageboard and the transactions are out of the website's point of view.
  • AWARDING THE PROJECT AHEAD OF TIME
    - In the event where a client chose a freelancer to work with while there is still time for bidding, the client can close the bidding and award the project to the chosen freelancer and start with the transaction process.
